Shipping policy

POLICY FOR SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY OF ORDER

The delivery period is counted in working days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Business day for delivery: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Region of Delivery: We ship to Portugal and Islands and also to the entire European Union. The delivery time for products varies by region . It will be informed at the time of purchase and also depends on the approval of your payment. After the payment is confirmed, your order takes from 1 (one) to 2 (two) business days to be separated, after this period, the Correios term is added.

The term of the exchange depends on the availability of the product in stock. We will inform you by email or phone. If there is no product in stock, you can choose another similar or of the same value on our website. 

If there is any type of delay, please contact us within 20 (twenty) days after the date of posting to trigger those responsible for deliveries. After 30 (thirty) days from the date of posting it is not possible to register the complaint.
